Today I sit down with Senator Steve Fenberg to discuss a recently passed bill that allows Coloradans to power their homes from batteries similar to what we see in electric vehicles. Watch the interview to learn more about what the law encompasses and how it impacts us.
Thank you Tesla for having a Model X at my friend’s Brokers Open. People were driving by staring at the Falcon Wing Doors.
Looking for properties in the areas below (open to considering areas outside of this). Must be 1,000+ sq ft above grade. The more outdated the better. Anyone considering putting their house on market? I have a cash buyer ready to buy.
1) In person: Dedicate several says to fly out to the location you want to move to and view as many houses as you can. This is ideal because it eliminates the chance that you put an offer on a house you don't really like.
2) Live stream: Leverage FaceTime, Skype, or something similar to be there virtually. This is beneficial as you can ask questions in real time as your agent walks through the house.
3) Sight-unseen: If the first two are not options, you may need to make a decision based on what you see from the listing photos/info. If possible, I'd recommend having your agent preview the property for you to make sure there are no surprises.
